Goal
Acquire a particular land parcel and develop medical office space for ownership by three local medical practices.
Morris Commercial Approach
- Establish Willow Creek Partners, LLC, consisting of three medical practices and TradeMark Morris, to purchase the land and proceed with the design and development of Willow Creek Professional Center.
- Create Willow Creek as an office condominium building to sell to the medical user partners and to other medical and general business users.
- Conceive an engaging “mill type” architectural style that would appeal to municipal decision makers and add character to the building and surrounding area.
The Result
A distinctive 40,000 sf medical office building including 45 covered parking spaces developed for the LLC partner users plus an additional 23,000 sf available for sale to other medical and general business users. Highly successful venture for the LLC members.
