Scott Morris is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BA in Business Management, and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. In 2011, Scott joined Morris Commercial to handle all commercial property management for the firm. Possessing a passion for entrepreneurship, Scott has strong experience in working with start-up ventures as an investor and consultant. Scott’s experience in assessing profitability and viability has been an asset when evaluating potential tenants for owners of properties. 

Experience

Scott is very passionate about the sustainable growth of the Chapel Hill area and is involved in the community. In 2017, Scott joined the board of the Kidzu Children’s Museum in Chapel Hill. He is a devoted volunteer of SECU Family House in Chapel Hill, which is an organization dear to his family. An avid outdoors man, Scott enjoys snowboarding, fly-fishing, kayaking, or rock climbing in the NC and CO mountains.
