Real Estate Advisor
Job Description
Advisor will facilitate the sale or leasing of commercial-investment property. Our advisors work within retail, office, industrial, multifamily and land. This positon is that of an independent contractor working for straight commission, however, our firm does offer extensive training, leads, and apprenticeship bonuses.
Primary responsibility is making sales calls, creating prospect lists, securing property listings, marketing and showing these properties, negotiating with buyers or sellers, helping to arrange financing for the client, preparing contracts, and organizing the closing.
You must have secured, or committed to secure, your NC Real Estate License prior to transacting any leasing or brokerage.
